Cancellation Policy

Policies Refund Policy: Refunds are available only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for incomplete appointments due to insufficient or invalid identification. Privacy Policy: All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Documents will not be copied or retained by K & D Mobile Notary. Late and No-Show Policy: A late fee of $15 will apply if the signer is more than 15 minutes late. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of any prepaid fees. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled once without a penalty if notice is provided at least 12 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $10 administrative fee.
